A few small house rules that keep the salon calm, the team scheduled, and your appointment relaxing. Questions? Call us or send a note before booking — we're happy to talk it through.

Payment

We offer dual pricing with a 3% cash-discount incentive. All listed menu prices reflect the cash price; card transactions include a 3% adjustment.

Bridal

We do not currently offer bridal services for hair or nails. We're happy to recommend trusted partners in the area if you reach out.

Children & Infants

We do not accommodate children under twelve for any service. To preserve the relaxing environment for all guests, please make alternate arrangements for babies and young children whenever possible.

Cancellation

Out of respect for our team's time and scheduling, appointments not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Boutique

Boutique Return Policy

  • We do not issue refunds. Eligible items are accepted for store credit or exchange when received within two weeks of the in-store purchase date or mail-delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Tags must be attached and clothing must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition (free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke or other stains).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees; original shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Eligible returns are processed as e-gift cards usable in-store or online.
  • Holiday exchange policy: eligible purchases made 11/1 – 12/25 may be exchanged up to 14 days after Christmas. Purchases made with a discount are final sale.
